Refund Policy

These are our standard refund policies.

  • All refunds must be requested via email seven days prior to training. A refund will be given, less a $18.00 service charge. Refunds will be given electronically to the participant within 15 business days.

  • No refunds will be processed for students who have accessed or started any portion of the online coursework.

  • If the student does not begin or complete the course within six months, a refund will not be granted.

  • All refunds for cancelled trainings by UDMC will be sent a notification per email or phone. A full refund will be given within 15 business days of the training cancellation.
